Rumen Nikolov is the founder and managing partner of Nikolov & Partners. With over 20 years of experience in Bulgarian and international business law, he leads the firm strategic direction and oversees major corporate transactions.
Rumen specializes in M&A, private equity, and complex commercial disputes. He has advised on some of Bulgaria largest cross-border transactions and regularly represents international investors entering the Bulgarian market.
Before founding the firm in 2004, Rumen worked at leading international law firms in London and Sofia. He is recognized by Chambers Europe, Legal 500, and other leading legal directories as a top-tier practitioner.
Rumen is actively involved in legal education and professional development, serving as a guest lecturer at Sofia University Faculty of Law.
