Sofiya Tairska joined Nikolov & Partners in 2012 and became junior partner in 2020. She leads the firm Banking & Finance and Real Estate practices, advising both lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions.
Sofiya has extensive experience in secured lending, project finance, and real estate development. She regularly advises international banks, private equity funds, and property developers on Bulgarian transactions.
Her practice also includes regulatory compliance for financial institutions, helping clients navigate Bulgarian National Bank requirements and EU banking directives.
